The release in early 2012 of the European Commission’s proposed reforms to the Data Protection Directive represented the most significant overhaul of Europe’s Data Protection and Privacy regulation since 1995. As the draft regulation reaches debate in the European Parliament, The 3rd Annual European Data Protection and Privacy Conference will provide a timely opportunity to examine what impact the changes may have on the Data Protection and Privacy landscape in the EU and beyond.
